Extended Reality (XR) continues to show promise as a tool for positive mental health.

The power of the XR therapy is a combination of distraction mechanisms and well timed accomplishments to reverse negative thinking patterns.
We continue to see this response in the literature and make improvements to the experiences to include building resilience through play.
